Hi, I’m CsP—a tech enthusiast turned entrepreneur, investor, and mentor. My journey started in IT, where I worked on complex data projects for global businesses. Over the years, I’ve worn many hats: problem solver, leader, and eventually co-founder of Starschema, a company I helped grow into Hungary’s largest data technology firm with 250+ employees. After 15 years of challenges, growth, and countless lessons, I sold the business to a global IT company.Today, I focus on empowering startups as an angel investor and as President of HunBAN (Hungarian Business Angel Network). I also share my experiences through mentorship, advisory roles, and occasionally, as one of the “sharks” on Cápák Között (Hungary’s Shark Tank).

When I’m not working, I’m all about adventure. I love hiking up mountains, pushing my limits, and sometimes gasping for breath while soaking in the view. I also enjoy walking my dog, Prézli—he’s making each stroll a little more fun. I’m a fan of punk concerts and I’ve been known to crack a joke or two (sometimes at my own expense). Even though I rarely get enough sleep, you’ll often find me enjoying a beer after a good outdoor adventure or chat. I like to make life unpredictable, so if you spot me on Cápák Között , I’ll likely be in a bear t-shirt, trying to mix business with a bit of fun.
